Woman Struck and Severely Injured by a Hit and Run
victim head on. The woman is extremely lucky that she did not instantly die at the scene, but her battle for her life is not over. The driver did not stop to see if the victim was ok, but instead fled the scene before anyone could make out the license plate and call the cops. As soon as the police showed up there, the suspect was long gone and no witnesses at the scene were able to get anything to help the police in their search for the car other than it was a subcompact car that looked somewhat red. This hit and run took place late Monday night at around 11:20 p.m. according to authorities.
